Scandinavian kitchen and compact work nook in one space, with wood texture, drawers and soft LED light.
The studio needed a solution that fits both a kitchen and a work nook along a single long wall. The built-in kitchen comes in a warm wood texture with a soft matte finish; in a tight space, matte reads better than gloss.
The kitchen fronts are simple, the handles are small and metal, and the front plane stays calm. The drawers are partitioned so daily items live within reach. Soft LED light under the upper shelves provides both mood and real working light on the worktop.
The work nook is a natural extension of the same piece: a dark wood top sets it apart from the kitchen but keeps it in the same language. Shelves over the desk hold books and work materials, and a leather chair brings comfort along with a material contrast against the white fronts. Together, the space works as a full home for one person and as a home-office studio.
